RETURN POLICY:

Selected orders are eligible for full store credit or exchange when returned within 5 days of receipt of order.

Shipping fees are non refundable

Any item that are white or with any lace or sheer, on sale, discounted or a special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange or store credit

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Secure your items in the same or comparable packaging

2. Customer pays for return postage

3. Ship your return package to address on your package

4. Once the order has been processed and handled, if your order has been approved you will receive a store credit or exchange. If you are exchanging you are responsible for postage for the item being exchanged to be shipped back out.

If any item that is returned and it is NOT accepted for a refund will be the customer responsible to pay for shipping to have the item returned back to them. Any items that are not paid to be returned will be discarded after 30 days

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Packages are shipped out within 72 business hours after order is received

All pre-orders have a ship out date when order is being placed

 

TRACKING ORDERS:

Once the order has been processed and handled, your will received an email with the tracking number. You may then track your package via www.usps.com
